Visiting artist residency to Bella Coola valley in central coast British Columbia, hosted by the beautiful Firvale Wilderness Camp facility and owners. I was able to collect and expand my research on working with indigenous plants of the region. I also offered a workshop for the local community on ink making from foraged plants. The regional land and plant knowledge is supported from the Nuxalk First Nation community members.

Back at the Malaspina Printmakers studio I experimentated chine-colle intaglio and aquatint with the cottonwood paper from Bella Coola.
